This is so easy and great, you only use 1 POT and don’t even need the OVEN 🙂
All you need is –

1 Kg Mince Beef

1 Packet of Lasagne Sheets
250 ml Chicken Stock

2 Jars of Pasta Sauce

250 grams Ricotta Cheese

50 grams Mozzarella Cheese

3 Tspns Italian Herbs

2 Tbspns Minced Garlic

Parmesan Cheese to sprinkle over and serve 😉

What you need to do is –

Brown your mince with your Garlic and Herbs in a  Pot or Saute Frypan (High – Sided Frypan)…Whilst this is browning you can get your lasagne sheets and break them up into what ever size pieces you want…

Once your Mince is brown, drain the fat out of your pot/frypan…
Now get your jars of Pasta Sauce and pour approximately 1/3 of the sauce over the mince and then lay 1 layer of your broken up lasagne sheets (trying not to overlap to much or else they will stick to each other) on top of the sauce and repeat til you have no sauce…Then pour the Chicken stock in and gently stir but not to much because the lasagne sheets will stick to each other…

Bring it to the boil and then let it simmer for 20 minutes…

***NOTE*** Keep an eye on it so it doesn’t dry out, if it looks like it’s starting to dry out, just simply add more Chicken Broth or even water…

Once the 20 minutes are up, turn off the heat and add the Cheeses (if you want more cheese, add more cheese) and let sit for 5 minutes…

Now serve it up, sprinkle some Parmesan Cheese over the top and enjoy!!!
