Time to WRAP UP the week!!!

All you need is –
Bacon
Egg
Chicken Tenderloin
Shredded Cheese
Sliced Tomato
Sliced/Diced Lettuce
Sliced Avocado
Mayonnaise
Wrap

Cook your chicken and bacon for 15 minutes max on a low medium heat…Whilst that is cooking you can put your mayonnaise, lettuce, tomato and avocado on your wrap…
5 minutes before your chicken is ready put your eggs on to cook on high…When you break your egg into the frypan make sure you break the yolk and the sac…No one wants a runny yolk when trying to eat a wrap 🙂
Now your chicken is cooked place it on the lettuce and tomato then put your cheese on top (so it melts), then your egg and bacon!!!

***NOTE*** You dont have to put all these ingredients in your wrap, you can make it with whatever you like 😉
