The Gobsmacker Burger

This makes 3 Hamburgers ๐Ÿ™‚

What you will need is –

1kg Beef Mince
4 Eggs
3 Slices of Cheese
6 Rashers of Bacon
2 Sliced Tomatoes
3 Iceberg Lettuce Leaves
1 Small Can of Sliced Beetroot
2 Onions (1 sliced & 1 Diced)
Peri-Peri Sauce
Sour Cream
1 Taco Seasoning Mix Packet
3 Hamburger Buns

Directions –

Combine Mince, Diced Onion, 1 Egg and Taco Seasoning in a bowl and then divide it into 3 parts and roll in your hands then squash down with a thickness of approximately 3.5 – 4cms…
Now I cook the patties in the grill which takes 20 mins as it would in a frypan, press them down after 10 mins when you turn them over…
Once you have them cooking for approximately 10 mins then start cooking your bacon…
When there is 5 mins left, then start cooking your eggs…
Whilst all that is cooking get your Hamburger Rolls and cut them open and spread some Peri-Peri Sauce on the base…
Then when everything is cooked, you can start your GOBSMACKING MASTERPIECE ๐Ÿ™‚

I recommend in this order to stack the burger –
Pattie
Cheese
Egg
Bacon
Beetroot
Tomato
Sliced Onion
Lettuce
And last but not least a Dollop of Sour Cream!!!

But its entirely up to you on how you put your masterpiece together!!!
